Arrest after restaurant staff assaulted

A Guelph man was arrested after an employee of a west-end restaurant was assaulted Wednesday. Approximately 12:30 pm police were called to a business near Elmira Road North and Speedvale Avenue West. A man had ordered a meal and then refused to pay for it. When an employee tried to prevent
