Traffic stop leads to multiple charges

On Sunday afternoon, while on routine patrol, a Guelph Police Officer was alerted by their automated license plate recognition system of a vehicle with an expired license plate. Police stopped the vehicle in the area of Arkell Road and Victoria Road. The driver of the vehicle provided officers
