Guy FOWLER is described as a Caucasian male, 63 years old, 6’2” (192cm), 280 lbs (127kg) with a tattoo of a Wolf on his left shoulder.
The offender is known to frequent the areas of Windsor-Essex County, Cobourg, Northumberland County, Ontario area.
