Joshua TURNER is described as a Caucasian male, 42 years of age, approximately 5’10” (178 cm), 150 lbs (68 kg) with brown hair and hazel eyes.
TURNER has the following tattoos and marks;
- A “cross” on his left upper arm, - A large unknown tattoo on his right forearm, - The words, “thug life” scratched into his chest, - The word “crips” scratched into his left hand, and
- A 1” burn scar on his left forearm
Joshua TURNER is serving a 1 year, 3 months, and 16-day sentence for:
- Breach of Long-Term Supervision Order
The offender is known to frequent the Greater Toronto area, Brampton, Kitchener Waterloo, Kingston, Winnipeg, Manitoba, and Portage La Prairie, Manitoba.
