(SOUTH PORCUPINE, ON) - A traffic complaint on Highway 11 in Iroquois Falls leads to a driver being charged with impaired.
On Monday, June 9, 2025, at approximately 5:30 pm, the Iroquois Falls Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 11, Taylor Township, in Iroquois Falls.
As a result of the investigation, Dumitru PAVLIUC, 52 years-old, of Calgary, Alberta was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
- Operation while impaired - alcohol
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Timmins, on Thursday, July 17, 2025.
