(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) - On July 18, 2025, police arrested person from a previous theft occurrence at convenient store on Hillside Drive South.
On July 5, 2025, the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was notified by employees of a theft. Police attended and viewed the video surveillance depicting a female stealing numerous food items and alcohol. The female was later identified and arrested.
Katrina STARR, 21-years-old, of Elliot Lake, was charged with - Theft under $5000 - shoplifting.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on September 11, 2025.
