(LONGLAC, ON) - The Greenstone detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged an individual following an investigation of a domestic dispute.
On June 27, 2026, at approximately 5:30 am officers responded to a report of a dispute at a residence in Longlac, ON.
As a result of the investigation, a 28-year-old male from Ginoogaming First Nation, has been charged with the following offences:
- Assault
- Assault with a weapon
- Pointing a firearm
- Mischief under $5,000
The accused was held for bail before the Ontario Court of Justice and remanded into custody.
