One Individual Arrested, Two Charges Laid
(LISTOWEL, ON) - One individual has been arrested, two charges have been laid.
On June 30, 2026, at approximately 1:20 pm, the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a report of a disturbance at a local residence within the area of Krotz Street West and Wallace Avenue South within Listowell.
There was an increased police presence, and the public was asked to stay clear of the area.
As a result of the investigation, a 41-year-old from Brampton, was charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Unlawfully in a dwelling house
- Failure to comply with undertaking
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
