-UPDATE #1- OPP SEEKING ASSISTANCE TO IDENTIFY PERSON OF INTEREST
(WEST PERTH, ON) - The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are requesting the public’s assistance with identifying a person of interest in relation to indecent acts that occurred in the Municipality of West Perth.
On June 15, 2025, November 22, 2025, and May 16, 2026, an individual was observed engaging in an indecent act in the areas of St Andrew St, Pond St, and Blenheim St in the Town of Mitchell.
The person of interest is described as:
- Male
- Middle aged
- White
- Heavy-set build
- Approximately 6’0’
- Short black hair
- Clean shaven with a round face
- Dark clothing
Two composite sketches have been created by an OPP forensic artist, based on eyewitness accounts.
