(RENFREW, ON) - The Renfrew Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one person after responding to an assault call for service.
On Sunday, May 31, 2026, at approximately 9:45 am, Renfrew OPP responded to an assault call for service in Whitewater Region Township.
As a result of the investigation, one person was charged with:
- Mischief- obstructs, interrupts or interferes with the lawful use enjoyment or operation of property
- Assault with a weapon
- Criminal harassment
The accused was held for a bail hearing.
