(GANANOQUE, ON) - A driver is facing impaired driving charges after being involved in a single-vehicle collision on a trail near County Road 2 and Robertson Road outside of Gananoque.
As a result of the investigation, the accused has been charged with the following offences only:
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration
