Hamilton Police have arrested a 31-year-old man from Hamilton for a series of downtown commercial break and enters. Between February 20, 2025, and February 26, 2025, numerous break and enters targeting local businesses occurred in our city. Investigators from the Hamilton Police B.E.A.R. Unit combed through security footage from the various businesses involved and identified Michael Rensen of Hamilton to be responsible for the entries. Michael Rensen is charged with the following:
- Break and Enter Intent x 1
- Break and Enter Commit x 3
- Possession of Burglary Tools x 2
- Fail to Comply Probation x 6
