(KENORA, ON) - Members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB), and the Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) with assistance from the Kenora OPP detachment Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Kenora have arrested three individuals following an aggravated assault which resulted in drug trafficking charges, and the seizure of controlled drug substances, Canadian currency and weapons.

On the 7th of July 2026, members of the Kenora OPP arrested three males in relation to an aggravated assault call. Following this incident, Search Warrants were executed on a residence on Storm Bay Road. The search resulted in the seizure of approximately 167g of Cocaine, Canadian and US Currency, weapons, and other items consistent with drug trafficking. The estimated street value of the drugs seized is approximately $16,800.

As a result of this investigation, Scott FLEISHER, 29-years-old of Kenora, ON has been arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code of Canada offences:

  • Possession of Weapon for Dangerous purpose
  • Aggravated Assault

As a result of this investigation, Matthew and Cameron FLEISHER, 26-years-old of Kenora, ON have been arrested and charged with the following Controlled drugs and Substances Act and Criminal Code of Canada offences:

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of Trafficking - Cocaine
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5,000
  • Possession of Weapon for Dangerous purpose x2
  • Uttering threats cause death or bodily harm
  • Aggravated Assault
  • Unauthorized possession of a firearm

Both accused persons are being held in custody and are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Kenora at a later date.
