Detectives believe that BANGI and MACNEAL may take steps to alter their appearance in order to avoid detection, including:
- Changes in facial hair
- Length and/or colour of hair
- Makeup
- Clothing styles
Josta MACNEAL is known to have a distinctive feather tattoo located on the left side of her neck.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of BANGI or MACNEAL are asked to contact the Niagara Regional Police Service. If either party is observed, please do not approach them and call 911 . No firearm has been recovered in this incident, therefore BANGI and MACNEAL are still considered armed and dangerous at this time.
