(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) - An individual is facing charges following a motor vehicle collision in Haldimand County.
On Saturday, June 27, 2026, at approximately 2:55 am, members from the Haldimand County detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Main Street West, Dunnville.
As a result of the investigation the individual was placed under arrest.
28-year-old Keshaun DE LUCA of Dunnville has been charged with the following offences:
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
- Novice driver- blood alcohol concentration above zero
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga on August 25, 2026.
