(HALDIMAND COUNTY) - An individual was taken into custody following a traffic complaint on Ojibway Road, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation.
On November 29, 2025, at approximately 10:45 pm, the Haldimand detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a possible impaired driver.
The vehicle was located, and a traffic stop was initiated.
Dwayne GALLANT, 48-years-old of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, has been charged with the following offence:
- Operation while Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga on January 13, 2026.
