Police Seeking Public Assistance
(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) - Police are requesting the public’s assistance with identifying an individual, related to a fraud investigation.
On Thursday, June 4, 2026, at approximately 9:20 pm, the Haldimand County detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a fraud from a business on Broad Street East in Dunnville.
The investigation has determined an unknown individual attended the location and by deceit obtained a quantity of Canadian currency before departing on foot.
The person police are seeking to identify is described to be:
- White male, 5’10” approximately 35 years of age
- Medium length beard
- Wearing glasses, Louis Vuitton ball cap
- White Jordan t-shirt, jean shorts
- Wearing slide shoes
