OPP Seeking Assistance in Identifying the Individuals Responsible
(INGERSOLL, ON) - A flagpole has been cut down, and a Pride flag has been stolen in the Town of Ingersoll.
On July 5, 2026, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Oxford detachment, were notified of mischief to a flagpole and theft of a Pride flag at a Public School in Ingersoll.
At approximately 9:55 pm, on Saturday July 4, 2026, four unknown suspects attended a school on Innes Street in Ingersoll.
The suspects are being described as four, young, white males, wearing T-shirts and face coverings.
One individual is alleged to have been carrying a battery-operated hand saw.
One individual is alleged to have fled the scene at approximately 10:05 pm
