DOMESTIC ASSAULT INVESTIGATION - ONE PERSON ARRESTED and CHARGED
(BRANT, ON) - Members of the Haldimand County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following a domestic-related incident in Haldimand, Ontario.
On December 15, 2025, at approximately 7:30 pm, Haldimand County OPP responded to a report of an assault at a residence on Main Street South in the county of Haldimand.
Investigation determined that a physical and verbal argument between two individuals occurred with one person sustaining minor injuries as a result. The involved parties are known to one another.
As a result of the investigation, a 30-year-old male from Haldimand County was arrested and charged with:
- Assault /Spousal
- Uttering Threats
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice later.
