DRIVER ARRESTED AFTER IMPAIRED DRIVING INVESTIGATION

(BRANT COUNTY, ON) - A driver is facing impaired driving charges, following an investigation by Brant County OPP. On the afternoon of June 3, 2026, at 3:40 pm officers were called to attend Oakland Road regarding a driver suspected of being impaired, in the County of Brant.
Brant County OPP conducted a traffic stop with the suspected vehicle. As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 50-year-old, Todd COOPER from Scotland, with the following Criminal Code offence, Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80.
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on July 23, 2026.
