(BRANT, ON) - The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Brant County Detachment has charged two individuals following a traffic stop in Brant County.

On October 17, 2025, at approximately 4:24 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop on Cockshutt Road North. Through investigation, it was determined that the driver was operating a motor vehicle while under licence suspension and further to that had no current insurance coverage on the vehicle.

As a result, Roy ISACCS, a 30-year-old male from Brantford has been charged with:

  • Drive while under suspension
  • Fail to surrender vehicle permit

While the owner of the vehicle Sidney ISAACS, a 26-year-old female from Brantford was charged with:

  • Owner permit motor vehicle to be operated without insurance
