Brant County OPP conducted a traffic stop on Highway 54 between Chiefswood Road and Painter Road in the county of Brant. As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 23-year-old, Ashanti JOHNSON from Ohsweken, with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80, - Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on July 16, 2026.
