(BRANT COUNTY, ON) - A driver is facing impaired driving charges, following an investigation by Brant County OPP. On the evening of June 12, 2026, at 10:00 pm an officer conducted a traffic stop on Rest Acres Road in the county of Brant.
As a result of the traffic stop and subsequent investigation, police arrested and charged a 31-year-old driver, Pedro, Michael CORREIA from Brantford, with the following Criminal Code charges:
- Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80, - Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
Upon completion of all court documents, the accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on July 24, 2026.
