DRIVER ARRESTED FOR IMPAIRED DRIVING IN BRANT COUNTY

(BRANT, ON) - A driver is facing impaired charges after police were called to a single motor vehicle collision.
On Sunday, July 5, 2026, at approximately 2:30 am, members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 403 westbound at the Rest Acres Road off-ramp in the County of Brant. Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported.
Police charged Manpreet SINGH 32-years-old, of Brant County, Ontario with the following Criminal Code offence of, Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of Justice in Brantford on August 21st, 2026.
