(BRANT COUNTY, ON) - A driver is facing impaired driving charges, following an investigation by Brant County OPP. On the evening of June 11, 2026, at 9:00 pm, Brant County OPP conducted a traffic stop on Brant County Road 18 near 6 School Road in the county of Brant. As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 65-year-old, Robert TAYLOR from Brantford, with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs, - Have care or control of vehicle or boat with cannabis in open original packaging
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on August 14, 2026.
