DRIVER OF SIDE-BY-SIDE CHARGED WITH IMPAIRED

(EGANVILLE, ON) - The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged an individual after stopping a side-by-side at a local festival.
On June 6, 2026, just after 12:00 am, OPP while at a local festival in the Eganville area observed a side-by-side approach the registration desk. Police stopped the vehicle and spoke to all parties in the vehicle. As part of the investigation a Roadside Screening Device was utilized, and the driver was transported to detachment for further testing.
Lindsey GRAHAM, 34 years old, of North Algona-Wilberforce Twp. has been charged with operation while impaired. The accused was released to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on July 7, 2026.
The accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and the vehicle towed and impounded for seven days.
