(LEAMINGTON, ON) - A driver has been charged following a traffic complaint.
On Thursday, June 11, 2026, at approximately 10:05 am, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), responded to a suspcious vehicle complaint in the Municipality of Leamington.
Luis PAXAN, 29-year-old of Leamington was arrested and charged with the following offences:
- Operation while Impaired - alcohold and drugs
- Operation while Impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice - Windsor on July 23, 2026 to answer to the charges.
An Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day impoundment was initiated as per statute.
