(TECUMSEH, ON) - One person has been charged following a traffic stop in Tecumseh.
On January 24, 2026, at approximately 1:26 am, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a vehicle stop on Highway 3 at Walker Road in the Town of Tecumseh.
David SPENCE, 49-years-old of Harrow was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offence:
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice - Windsor on March 6, 2026, to answer to the charges.
