DRIVER CHARGED
(LEAMINTON, ON) - The Leamington Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have investigated a motor vehicle collision involving three vehicles at the intersection of Highway 3 and County Road 31.
On March 9, 2026, at approximately 10:10 am, emergency services including members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Essex-Windsor Emergency Medical Services, Kingsville and Leamington Fire Services attended Highway 3 and County Road 31 for a three-vehicle collision.
Darin MCANDREW, a 58-year-old resident of Windsor, has been arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Dangerous Operation causing death
- Dangerous Operation causing bodily harm x 3
