DRIVER CHARGED FOLLOWING SINGLE-VEHICLE ROLLOVER

(ENNISKILLEN, ON) - One individual has been charged following a single-vehicle rollover in Enniskillen Township.
On June 6, 2026, at approximately 10:05 pm, members of the Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a collision on Courtright Line near Tile Yard Road.
The investigation determined that the vehicle left the roadway and rolled over.
The driver and lone passenger were taken to a local hospital by Lambton County Emergency Medical Services with non-life-threatening injuries.
As a result of the investigation, a 19-year-old individual from Markham has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act with careless driving causing bodily harm.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia on July 9, 2026.
