BOSCH 11264EVS 1-5/8 SDS-Max Combo Hammer

(WARWICK, ON) - An individual from London is facing impaired driving-related charges following a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E) check point in the Municipality of Warwick Township.

On June 21, 2026, shortly after 11:30 pm, members of Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E. check point on Nauvoo Road and Rachel Street in Warwick Township.

As a result, Siobhan MCCARTHY, 46-years-old, of London, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code and Cannabis Control Act with the following offences:

  • Operation while impaired-blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Have care or control of vehicle or boat with cannabis in open baggage

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in the City of Sarnia on August 4, 2026.
