TRAFFIC COMPLAINT LEADS TO IMPAIRED DRIVER

(ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP, ON) - Police have charged an individual following a traffic complaint in St. Clair Township.
On July 10, 2026, at approximately 4:48 pm, members of the Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a possible impaired driver on West Point Line in Port Lambton.
Police located the vehicle on Old River Road at which point a traffic stop was conducted.
As a result of the investigation, Curtis DYSON, 64-year-old from St. Clair Township, has been charged under the Criminal Code with operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on August 24, 2026, in the City of Sarnia.
