OPP INVESTIGATE FATAL INCIDENT IN PLYMPTON-WYOMING

(PLYMPTON-WYOMING, ON) - One individual is deceased following an incident on Churchill Line near Minielly Road in Plympton-Wyoming.
On June 11, 2026, shortly before 12:00 pm, the Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), along with Plympton-Wyoming Fire and Emergency Services, and Lambton Emergency Medical Services, responded to a report of an incident involving a single farm tractor on Churchill Line near Minielly Road.
A 74-year-old individual from Warwick Township was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The intersection of Churchill Line and Minielly Road was closed for several hours to allow for the investigation to be conducted.
Members of the Lambton County OPP continue to investigate the collision with the assistance from the West Region OPP Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) Team.
