TRAFFIC COMPLAINT LEADS TO IMPAIRED DRIVING CHARGE

(WARWICK TOWNSHIP, ON) - Police have charged an individual following a traffic complaint in Warwick Township.
On June 5, 2026, at approximately 5:04 pm, members of the Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a possible impaired driver.
Police located the vehicle on Highway 402, east of Nauvoo Road, where a traffic stop was conducted.
As a result of the investigation, Bradley CARR, 41-year-old from Plympton-Wyoming, has been charged under the Criminal Code with failure or refusal to comply with demand.
The accused was held for a bail hearing and has since been released from custody. They are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on July 6, 2026, in the City of Sarnia.
