(ADELAIDE METCALFE, ON) A transport truck was struck by a train on Kerwood Road in the village of Kerwood in the Municipality of Adelaide Metcalfe.
On Monday, June 29, 2026, at approximately 7:42 am, Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a Canadian National (CN) train that collided with a transport truck on Kerwood Road.
The train conductor and engineer were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the transport truck was uninjured.
Middlesex-London Emergency Medical Services and Kerwood fire attended the scene along with CN police.
Kerwood Road will be closed from Katesville Drive to Napperton Drive until sometime in the afternoon on Monday, June 29, 2026.
