TRAFFIC COMPLAINT LEADS TO IMPAIRED DRIVER

(LONDON, ON) - Driver facing Impaired charge after traffic complaint.
On July 5, 2026, at 1:52 am, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to the report of a traffic complaint of a possible impaired driver in Thames Centre.
Officers located the vehicle on Old Victoria Road in the City of London, at which time a traffic stop was initiated.
The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP Detachment.
As a result, Kathryn NORLEY, a 35-year-old of London has been charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Operation while impaired - alcohol
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
- Dangerous Operation
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on August 19, 2026.
