AN ATV ROLLOVER RESULTED IN DRIVER CHARGED

(WEST NIPISSING, ON) - The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged one person with impaired driving after responding to a single motor vehicle collision.
On Friday, June 26, 2026, at approximately 8:50 pm, members from the Nipissing West Detachment of the OPP, responded to an All-Terrain Vehicle rollover on Dubuc Road, West Nipissing.
The operator was transported to an area hospital, with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
As a result of the investigation, Andree JACKSON, 50 years old, from West Nipissing was arrested and charged with, operation while impaired - alcohol.
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on September 3, 2026, in North Bay.
The driver was issued a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension.
