(MONTAGUE TWP, ON) - The Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Kemptville resident with impaired driving.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on County Road #43 in Montague Township on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, just before 6:00 pm after an officer observed a vehicle being operated in an unsafe manner.

The driver was arrested and transported to the OPP Detachment in Perth for testing.

As a result of the investigation, Paulina HRERBACKA, 32 years old, has been charged with:

  • Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Operation while impaired - alcohol

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on Monday, August 10, 2026.

The individual’s driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days (Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension), and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
