(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP, ON) - The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a three-motor vehicle collision, resulting in a charge being laid.

On June 18, 2025, at approximately 5:30 pm, the Wellington County OPP, alongside local emergency services, responded to a report of a three-motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Paisley Road and Township Road 1 within Guelph-Eramosa Township.

One driver was taken to hospital with minor, non-life-threatening injuries, and the other two drivers were not injured.

As a result of the investigation, a 28-year-old of Kitchener is charged under the Highway Traffic Act with:

  • Fail to yield to traffic on through highway
