(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - An individual has been charged following a recent impaired driving investigation in Simcoe.
Officers located the vehicle and, following a roadside sobriety test, took the driver into custody without incident.
As a result, 36-year-old Chelsey FREEMAN of Haldimand County has been charged with the following alleged offence:
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
