DRIVER CHARGED FOLLOWING IMPAIRED DRIVING INVESTIGATION
(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - An individual is facing charges following an impaired driving investigation near Wilsonville.
Officers located the vehicle at a property on Indian Line and, following an interaction with the driver, took the individual into custody without incident.
As a result, a 17-year-old resident of Norfolk County has been charged with the following alleged offences:
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs, - Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused, whose identity is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe at a later date.
