(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - An individual is facing charges following a recent dispute investigation in Simcoe.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers attempted to take an individual into custody. During the arrest, one officer was assaulted. No injuries were reported.
As a result, 28-year-old Jessica HOAG of Norfolk Couty has been charged with the following alleged offence:
- Resist Peace Officer, - Assault a Peace Officer
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
