(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - An individual has been charged following an impaired driving incident in Simcoe.
Officers located the vehicle and, following an interaction with the driver, took the individual into custody without incident.
As a result, 33-year-old Thomas DOUGLAS of Norfolk County has been charged with the following alleged offence:
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
