THREE INDIVIDUALS CHARGED FOLLOWING SEPARATE NORFOLK COUNTY ASSAULT INVESTIGATIONS

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - Three individuals have been charged following separate assault investigations.
On Saturday, July 4, 2026, at approximately 11:08 pm, members of the Norfolk County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a reported assault at a property on 10th Concession Road in Langton.
The investigation determined that an interaction involving several individuals escalated, resulting in one person assaulting and threatening another. No injuries were reported.
As a result, 46-year-old Shaun TURGEON of Brant County was arrested and charged with the following alleged offences:
- Assault, - Uttering threats - cause death or bodily harm
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, September 29, 2026.
On Sunday, July 5, 2026, at approximately 1:27 am, officers responded to a report of a disturbance in progress at a business on James Street in Delhi.
The investigation determined that four individuals arrived at the business in a vehicle and became involved in an interaction with employees. During the incident, one passenger assaulted and threatened an employee. No injuries were reported.
Officers located the vehicle at the scene and, following interactions with both the passenger and the driver, took both individuals into custody without incident.
As a result, 31-year-old Nicole CULETTA of Markham, Ontario, has been charged with the following alleged offences:
- Assault, - Uttering threats - cause death or bodily harm, - Being intoxicated in public place, - Having liquor in open container in unauthorized place
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, September 29, 2026.
Also charged is 33-year-old Michelle BONACCORSO, of Norfolk County, with the following allege offences:
- Failure or refusal to comply with demand, - Driver fail to surrender licence
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
