(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - An individual has been charged in connection with an investigation into a weapons-related incident in Delhi.
The investigation determined that an interaction occurred between two individuals, during which one person discharged a weapon toward the other individual’s property. No injuries were reported.
As a result, 41-year-old Justin GILBERT of Norfolk County was arrested and charged with the following alleged offence:
- Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.
