(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - An individual has been charged following an assault investigation at a local business in Delhi.
The investigation determined that an interaction occurred between a customer and an employee inside the business. During the interaction, the customer assaulted the employee and caused damage to property within the store. No injuries were reported.
As a result, 51-year-old Sandfield KOZA of Oxford County was arrested and charged with the following alleged offences:
- Assault, - Mischief - destroys or damages property
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
