CHARGE LAID IN MISCHIEF INVESTIGATION
(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - An individual has been charged following an investigation into an incident involving property damage in Simcoe.
On Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at approximately 10:01 pm, the Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of an individual damaging the entryway of a residential building on Norfolk Street South in Simcoe.
Officers located the individual at the scene, where they were taken into custody.
As a result, 34-year-old Christopher TAYLOR, of no fixed address, has been charged with the following alleged offence:
- Mischief - destroys or damages property
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
